Edulastic syncs with Clever every night. If the SIS data is not visible in Edulastic, please wait for about 24 hours to report the missing data to Edulastic.
Sometimes data may not be successfully imported into Edulastic for a variety of reasons such as:
- Student or teachers have duplicate emails in the Clever feed.
- Student or teacher account already exists in a different district
- Student or teachers do not have a class section association
If your import is failing for any of the aforementioned reasons, please resubmit the data again after correcting the above errors.
If you were a teacher but now have another role (academic coach, administrator, etc.) we ask that you turn off one of the roles in the Clever data feed. Edulastic will not allow you to use the same username/email for two different roles. We can create a generic (non-Clever) username for your second account.
