How to take console screenshot?

If you are experiencing any issues with the application, you can help us resolve it faster by sharing the console screenshot with us. 

Chrome

On the page you are experiencing issue, click on the 3 dots on top right corner on the browser window >> more tools >> developer tools. Alternatively, you can also press Ctrl+Shift+J (Windows) or Cmd+Opt+J (Mac) from keyboard.

You see something like this in red on console tab.

Firefox

Click on the 3 lines on top right corner on the browser window >> Web Developer >> Web Console. Alternatively, you can also press Ctrl+Shift+K (Windows) or Cmd+Opt+K (Mac) from keyboard.

Safari

You need to first enable the developer menu to access web inspector on Safari.

Enabling Web Inspector on Safari

Choose Safari > Preferences, and click Advanced.

 At the bottom of the pane, select the “Show Develop menu in menu bar” checkbox.

After enabling develop menu >>Choose Develop > Show Web Inspector. Alternatively, you can also press Cmd+Opt+C (Mac) from keyboard.

You see the console as below:

**When taking the screenshot, include entire browser window with console.
