Before you create and assign your first assignment (full of rich assessment questions) you want to make sure you have this checklist complete:
- Your class is brand new and not a mock class you used to test the digital assessment waters. *Edulastic gives you a Demo Class to practice with: Using Edulastic's Demo Class.
- Make sure your grade level, subject, and school/district is set correctly by checking Manage Class.
- Make sure ALL of your students are signed up and visible in your class roster under Manage Class. *Your roster should be populated BEFORE you assign your first assignment.
- Never leave any mock student in your class when assigning any assessment (this will cause mastery reporting and grade release problems since they won't be doing any work).
