If any of your students forgot their passwords—and they're not Google users in the app—you can help them reset their passwords directly in your teacher account.
1. Navigate to Manage Class.
2. In the correct class period locate which student(s) need a password reset—and click on the check box next to their name.
3. Next, click "More" and then "Change Password for selected student(s)" under the drop down options. Enter the new password in the pop-up box. Then click "Reset" to finish resetting the student's password.
* In case of emergencies where students forget their password or on any SSO issues you can still follow this step to reset password and have your students sign in by plugging in these details under username and password section.
