Edulastic now offers integration with Google Classroom. This is the simplest way to maintain student roster in your class.
Step 1: Sign in to Google Classroom. Google Classroom provides a class code to join. You will need this code to sync Google classroom with Edulastic. Note down this class code.
Step 2: Open another browser tab and sign on to Edulastic. Please NOTE: you must have the same Google credentials (username/email) in Google classroom and in Edulastic.
Step 3: Create a class in Edulastic. (In the Manage class tab, click on + New Class in the upper right corner).
Step 4: For the new class in Edulastic, click on Sync with Google Classroom
Step 5: You will be prompted to enter the class code from Google Classroom from Step #1. After entering, Click on Sync.
If you are not already signed in to Google, you will be prompted to sign in.
Step 6: Once your class code is validated, Edulastic will start the sync process
Step 7: Confirm Sync by checking if students are enrolled in the class in the Manage Class tab
*In the future, if students come in and out of the class, please sync regularly with Google Classroom by following Steps 1-6 above. This ensures that the most current and updated class rosters are maintained.
You can also share assignments in Edulastic with Google Classroom.
