Proxy Into a User's Account

One of the tools you will find extremely useful as an admin or a teacher is the Proxy Account feature. 

This allows an admin or teacher to proxy into an account of a teacher or student under his/her purview.  You can use this to see what a user account looks like or to help locate information or data. 

Please be careful. Proxying means that you are active in that user's account.

An admin can access this from the Manage District or Manage School section under Users. Choose the appropriate sub tab (e.g. Teacher, Student).  Next, select the student and on the far right, click on the mask icon. 

A teacher can access a student account in the Manage Class section.  

Go to a class, find the name then, on the far right, click on the "mask" icon to launch into the student's account.
